Lattice Training: Finding Your Weaknesses

Imperative to your progression, identifying your weaknesses as a climber will allow you to focus on those areas you can work on to gain better performance.

In the last installment of our EpicTV series with Lattice Training, Tom Randall and Ollie Torr show us just how to identify those weaknesses on a systems board.
