Daniel Woods demonstrates the simple, but intense DW Special workout that trains everything – legs, lungs, upper body, and core.

“Lead off with three push-ups, followed by three rows, three clean-and-press overheads (all with dumbbells) and then do three pull-ups and three ‘ankles-to-bar.'”
