Rock and Ice is looking to build a team of professional illustrators available for contract work. Illustrators need to have professional experience and have a knack for illustrating editorial columns, essays and how to’s.

Illustrators must be climbers or very familiar with the sport of climbing and able to illustrate specific details of technical climbing as well as illustrating abstract concepts related to climbing history or lore.

Please submit a cover letter, resume and link to a portfolio to rlevensaler@bigstonepub.com. We will make an effort to reply to everyone. Please be patient with us if don’t hear from us right away—we may be under deadline on an issue! Please no phone calls.
